About Me

Meghan McConnell is a voice actor and singer from Ohio who has been acting frequently since 2006. A passionate and motivated performer, she first gained experience through live theatre and various acting classes, both on an amateur and professional level, while living in Ohio and New York, and had also gained a reputation for reading the morning announcements while in junior high. Growing up in a tech-savvy and music/audio-heavy household, she also used this previous knowledge to help her out later on in her voice over career.Just before the 2020 pandemic, Meghan ventured further into the voiceover world, and wants to prove that you don't need to live in a major city in order to achieve your dreams. With this mindset, she has so far lent her voice to various video games, audio dramas, soundtracks, animation, and more ever since. She prides herself on her extremely versatile, unique, and wide vocal range, and always remembers what she has learned from every acting experience and class. Whether your character is 2 or 102, human or otherworldly creature, she has a voice for just about anything.Her natural speaking voice is in the mid-low range and a blend of an American midwestern and northeastern accent. Her singing voice is typically in the Soprano or Mezzo Soprano range, boasting a range from A2-A6, and can be adapted into any genre imaginable. She delivers work as quickly and efficiently as possible, takes direction well, and puts her all into every line.Working regularly in her home studio, and capable of travelling within reason, she has worked with clients from LA to Tokyo.During her free time, you can typically find her binge-watching various TV shows, writing poetry, watching zombie movies with all of the lights shut off, or playing the ukulele.
